We are performance and quality focussed. Our ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates we have a strong customer focus, are process driven approach and have a desire to continually improve and adapt as new innovations in cleaning come to market.

As a business, we are on a mission to become (and remain) the best cleaning company in the industry.  That requires continuous improvement.

We manage our continuous improvement through a simple ‘plan, do, review’ cycle.  For customers, this means regular monthly and quarterly meetings with your contract manager to review performance on KPI/SLAs, compliance and people issues, innovation, environment, risks and value for money.

Our Corporate Memberships

Maintaining Health & Safety

Our H&S systems are designed to be fully compliant with all government legislation but beyond that, to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our staff and customers. We have knowledge and expertise of working to IOSH standards.

The bedrock of implementing our systems is the training we offer at induction and the regular meetings carried out on site by your contract manager. These include Covid19 protocols and “understanding your customer sessions” to mitigate any specific risks identified whether business or H&S related.

Compliant with CQC and PHE Requirements.

Experienced in working with medical and educational facilities with complex compliance needs, we work with practice managers and principals to adhere to CQC and NSH21 requirements and guidelines.

We can also actively support you through your CQC auditing process.

  • require our teams to sign NDAs
  • have a ‘no mobile phones on site’ policy

Experienced Cleaning Teams, Trained in Safeguarding

Everyone in our team is fully trained and is competent to undertake their duties in accordance with the Company’s training policy, our agreed service (cleaning) specification, and industry best-practice standards. In addition to our comprehensive training plan, we develop a bespoke training plan specifically for new customers as part of the mobilisation and implementation phases.

From basic COSHH and customer service training to training on spotting mental health issues and countering terrorism, we upskill our people on everything they may encounter in their day-to-day roles. For customers working with children and vulnerable people, we have long-standing cleaners trained in safeguarding policies and procedures.
