An experienced and responsible entrepreneur with a proven track record in building multi-million-pound businesses, Charlie was schooled in the Brecon Beacons, then at Oriel College, Oxford where he completed an IT degree. Starting his career at Marakon Associates, a strategic management consultancy, Charlie, founded The Clean Space in 2003 with the core belief that looking after the cleaners would lead to a better service for customers.
Stefano Cabras
Managing Director
Having left his native Italy for the UK, Stefano spent 13 years at eurochange, a fast growing and highly profitable UK retail and global wholesale currency provider, with a turnover in excess of £1bn. A chartered accountant, Stefano led the finance team for 10 years before becoming MD. Today, Stefano is MD of The Clean Space and is responsible for integrating all the departments’ work and ensuring we stay on course to meet our business goals.
Richard Cowley
Operations Director
With an extensive strategic retail operations background with store, divisional and national trading expertise, Richard is responsible for leading The Clean Space’s Operations Team and delivering on our operational promises to customers, including delivering value for money and an outstanding service. With a focus on efficiency, quality and performance management, Richard is always on hand, thriving on building long-term relationships with our customers and cleaners.
